Import users

Is there a facility to import users into the system?

We have a large number of users, and to have to hand key them would be a huge undertaking.

Data import is not available in the system. A project proposal is added:
http://www.calemeam.com/apps/mantis/view.php?id=115

Meanwhile you may use mySQL to import the data.
