Title: Integration API

Does CalemEAM provide any kind of integration API? It looks like it uses SOAP calls between the client and the server, but I can't
find a WSDL anywhere (or documentation about the SOAP API)

I don't think the answer relative to Kayako is pertinent to the question.

"Is there a WSDL? How does a developer get to it?"
