I may have missed this in the online demo. We run a large internal hosting organization. We would like our customers to directly input service requests like work orders. They may request maintenance, repairs, software/hardware add ons. New services, new hardware/software, etc etc. However, they wouldn't necessarily know asset numbers. The request would then be routed to a central service desk. Did I miss this feature???

You did not miss this feature. Currently all work requests/work orders must have asset numbers. We have added a mantis request to track this situation:
