Calem Displays Different on each computer

I am running the latest release of CalemEAM Opensource on Ubuntu Linux. When it is viewed on my computer it looks great, but when viewed on a terminal server window, or a computer with a lower resolution it doesn't view great at all. How would i do about making sure it looks the same across all types of resolutions and monitors.

You can change the layout of forms based on lower resolution to get consistent look and feel.
