Is an email alert feature exists in this software, lets say if a WO is assigned to some one then does he get an email alert ?, if yes then how to set it up.

calemadmin:
Email integration including events notification and request submission does not exist in the Community edition. Those features are available in Calem Enterprise along with Calem Mobile and Calem Offline.
