Implementation strategies vary based on business requirements. We will discuss two common strategies in this blog. They have been proven by customers in the field.
Strategy 1. Work Orders First
This is the default implementation strategy as discussed in the iterative implementation blog. It starts with implementing work orders. Inventory management is done after work orders have been implemented and functional.
Strategy 2. Inventory Module First
This strategy focuses on the inventory module first. Spare parts are master-listed and implemented so that the storerooms are functional. Work orders are implemented afterwards.
There are other strategies for implementing Calem Enterprise. You may choose your strategy based on your business requirements.
