Work order invoices allow maintenance organizations to bill customers. By default the invoice cost lines are reported by work orders. There are businesses that need to show cost lines by work order steps. Calem Enterprise provides a configuration for such businesses to turn on step-based cost lines.
- Contact Calem support to enable this feature if you are using Calem Cloud Services.
- Customers with on-site deployment need to do the configuration changes based on "Work Order Invoicing" in Calem Enterprise Admin Guide.
Once the configuration changes are completed, the actual labor and part reporting in Calem Enterprise will require one to specify the steps.
The step-based invoices use templates to print the invoices. See Admin Guide for more information about customizing invoice prints with Calem Enterprise drag-and-drop designer, and templates customization.
