Online support tools are available in this section for customers and partners. When you log in additional dropdown menus will display to enable you to perform support case management, learn about features in upcoming releases, and collaborate with your peer EAM/CMMS professionals.
- Manage support cases. You can submit new support cases, collaborate with CalemEAM support experts on open cases, and keep track of cases that are resolved.
Use dropdown menu Support Cases to go to support cases. Your support cases are displayed under the project created for your organization.
- Monitor CalemEAM releases. You have access to new features in the coming releases as they are worked on by CalemEAM engineering team. You can also monitor the progresses of milestones for new releases.
Use dropdown menu Support Cases to go to support cases. Then, select projects for upcoming releases to view new features and progress of milestones.
- Participate in problem solving and knowledge sharing with your peer EAM/CMMS professionals in the premium forum exclusively for customers and partners with support services. The forum is monitored by CalemEAM support experts.
