Browsing Work Orders by Approvers

Work order approvers are surfaced in work orders in the coming release of R2025d by May 2025. They are available in work order lists for browsing and filtering.

• Work orders updated in the past 90 days will have the field populated when upgrading to R2025d 
• The approvers for earlier WOs will not be surfaced in WO lists. They can be found in WO status logs (WO form | More | Status Log).
