Title: Tasks and Jobs

I tried following the wiki guide at

http://www.calemeam.com/eam/index.php?option=com_wrapper&view=wrapper&Itemid=149

only to run into problems with the job scheduler.  The time fields would not accept any format of data I tried inserting into them.  What's the validation rule on this and how do I check that it's functioning correctly?
