R2.1 release in Q1 2008..

I'm eager to see the new release :)

when will you release the R2.1? do you have the exact date?

We don't have an exact date. The engineering team is doing the last round of checking. Per engineering team all the work is done (see Mantis), they are holding it a little longer to be sure it's ready.

There is no user guide for Community Edition. There is information in the wiki site.
