New Feature: Item and Site Usage in Inventory

A new site field is available in global item list in release R2026a. The new site field can be sorted or filtered to show sites where an item is used.

• The new site field is added in forms: Inventory Home | Items and Items All (screenshot below).
• It is also added in reports: Inventory | Report | Items - Part/Tool List and Items - All List.
• The field can be exported from report lists.
• A newly added site for an item will not show right away in the site field. The latency is up to 24 hours.
• One may click an item to show the site inventory details (next screenshot).
