Notifications for Stockouts on Manual-Order Items

In release R2026 a new workflow notification is added when a site item is out of stock and auto-replenishment is not enabled.

• Calem will generate requisitions for site items with auto-replenishment enabled based on min/max stock levels. No stockout notifications are generated.
• Calem will generate notifications of stockouts for site items without auto-replenishment. Requisitions may be created manually.
• Inventory monitors (Organization | ACL Profiles | Monitor User) will get stockout notifications (screenshot below).
