CalemEAM products are available as annual support services. The Support Services include Calem Enterprise, Calem Offline, Calem Mobile, Technical Support, maintenance and version upgrade. There are no license fees or other charges. The Support Services are priced by user seats. A user seat is defined as a user who can log in to Calem Enterprise.

Technical Support

Both on-site and on-demand support services come with product maintenance and technical support including product patches, maintenance and new releases, unlimited support cases, premium forums and access to CalemEAM support experts via web, email and phone.

Calem Enterprise

Calem Enterprise is the commercial open source offering from CalemEAM. It is a full-featured EAM/CMMS suite built with Open Source Technologies, and shipped with source code. Calem Mobile Suite including Calem Offline and Calem Mobile is included in Calem Enterprise.

Calem Offline

Calem Offline is included in the Support Services of Calem Enterprise. It enables field technicians to browse, enter and complete work orders in the field when network connections are not available. Calem Offline helps customers achieving better productivity cost-effectively without requiring subscription to operator mobile data services.

Calem Mobile

Calem Mobile is included in the Support Services of Calem Enterprise. It enables field technicians to browse, enter and complete work orders in the field from their mobile phones or personal digital assistants (PDAs). Calem Mobile helps customers achieving better productivity by reducing time in data entry and increasing accuracy in data collection.
