This feature allows one to define alert emails for open work orders based on their priority and open days. It also allows administrators to configure site-specific alerts and default alerts for the system.

- You can define multiple alerts for a work order priority. For instance, here's an example of open alert configuration:
- P1 priority open 3 days send alert emails
- P2 priority open 5 days send alert emails
- P1 priority open 6 days send alert emails
- P2 priority open 12 days send alert emails
- P3 priority open 17 days send alert emails
- The recipients of the alert emails include work order planners, monitors, and people assigned to work orders.
- Once the open alert configuration is set. You may set the alert at EAM company or EAM site level:
- Menu path: Organization module | EAM company
- Set open WO alert for the system
- Menu path: Organization module | EAM company | Site tab
- Set site specific WO alert
- If not defined, the EAM company open alert is used if found.
