A KPI of Open Work Orders by Asset Priority

A new KPI is available in the coming release of R2025d for open work orders by asset priority. Supervisors can view pending work orders based on asset priorities.

• The KPI is shown in the Dashboard | Summary tab. 
• Drill down to list view, and further down to work orders by an asset priority.
• Compare the KPI by sites through multi-site drilldown.

• Drill down to Work orders for an asset priority. 

•  Drilldown to multi-site KPI to view the KPI by sites.

1. Critical Assets by Asset Priority

Asset Priority is recommended in this blog for identifying critical assets since asset priorities are mapped to work order priorities by Calem. The mapping automates the assignment of work order priorities based on asset priorities for efficient work order prioritization out of the box. The new API leans further on the use of asset priority. Asset criticality might still be used by organizations along with asset priority per business requirements. For instance, an organization may use the numerical values of asset criticality beyond limited dropdown criticalities.
