Calem Enterprise R10c and KPI-10

Calem Enterprise 10c is available on May 31, 2016. It is a major release including new features, enhancements and bug fixes. All customers are recommended to upgrade to this release. Here are the highlights of the release:

• New Key performance indicators for work orders
• Graph relation diagram for assets and non-assets
• Enhancement of skill matching in work order assignment
• Enhancement of saved search with list forms
• Vendor list in Calem Touch
• Work order step enforcement by site
• Enhancement of PDF printing in work orders
• Inventory physical count export
• Custom dropdown set by site
• Add items to PO directly
• Inventory store prices for new and used parts
• A total of 52 support cases of enhancemens and bug fixes in the release

• ​You can use "Set Month" to change year and month. The change will be effective for all the KPIs in the "KPI-10" tab.
• You can use "List" to switch to list view and drill down the data.

 Work Order Count

• ​Work order count by month for a year.
• Work order count by department for a year
• Work order count by department for a month
• Work order count by WO type for a year
• Work order count by WO type for a month
• Work order count by WO category for a year
• Work order count by WO category for a month

Work Order Done 

• Percent of work order done by the month for a year
  • Work order created and completed within a year
• Percent of work order done by department for a year
  • Work order created and completed within a year
• Percent of work order done by department for a month
  • Work order created and completed within a month

Average time spent (hour) per work order

• Average time spent (hour) per work order by the month for a year
• Average time spent (hour) per work order by department for a year
• Average time spent (hour) per work order by department for a month

Area after WO 

• Percentage of area cleanness by month after WO for a year
  
• Area states after work order are rated when accepting work orders
• Area states include: a) Clean; b) Can be Cleaner; and c) Dirty.
