There are productive facilities in Calem for managing work orders assigned to the login user or the teams of the login user. These forms can be used by both web and mobile users.
1. My Assignment/Team in Calem Web
The following use cases are supported to streamline work order management for web users.
- A technician may use My Assignment and/or My Team Assignment forms to find work orders to be completed.
- A supervisor may use "My Team Completed (Not Accepted)" form to accept work orders completed by the teams of the login user.
- A user may use "My Team WO (All)" to view all work orders (open or completed) assigned to the teams of the login user.
- My Assignment - open work orders assigned to the login user
- My Team Assignment - open work orders assigned to the teams of the login user
- My Team completed (Not Accepted) - work orders completed by my team. They need to be accepted.
- My Tam WO (All) - all the work orders assigned to the team of the login user.
- My Assignment (Tree) - open work orders tree (by site/location hierarchy) assigned to the login user
- My Team Assignment (Tree) - open work orders tree (by site/location hierarchy) assigned to the teams of the login user.
- The team forms are available from the Home form of work order module for quick access.
2. My Assignment/Team in Calem Mobile
A user of Calem Mobile from a device (iOS or Android) can access the My Assignment and My Team forms in the work order module.
- A technician may use My Assignment and My Team Assignment menu to find work orders to be completed.
- A supervisor may use My Team Completed to accept work orders completed by the teams of the login user.
