This new KPI is available in Calem Enterprise R10k release in February 2017. It allows maintenance management team to review work order performance.
- Menu path: Dashboard | Open | WO Time to Complete
- The KPI calculated the average days to complete work orders grouped by work order categories.
- You can pick an existing time duration or enter a custom date range to report.
Work order counts in the reporting period are also calculated:
- Number of work orders created
- Number of work orders completed
- Number of work orders closed
