How to View Planned Labor for Work Orders

This blog presents a path to view planned labor for work orders in Calem. Actual and scheduled labor can also be viewed and exported in this path.

• Menu path: Analysis | WO Tab | 10 - WO Labor Summary
• Click "WO Labor Summary" row to launch WO Labor summary analysis.

Enter the date range, option to group the summary data. If you are not interested in grouping results select "(None)" to get a summary of labor hours.

The summary of WO labor are displayed in rows based on grouping. For instance, the list below is summary of labor grouped by site.

Click a summary row to view work order details. The details are shown in different tabs.

• Available Tab: Resource hours available based on scheduling setup.
• Actual Tab: actual hours reported in work orders.
• Scheduled Tab: hours scheduled for work orders.
• Planned Tab: hours planned for work orders.
• For instance, planned labor hours are show in the "Planned" tab in the screenshot below. You may customize a list to include the fields you are interested - see this blog for list/report customization.
