Using Failure Category in Work Order Creation

Failure Set is renamed to Failure Category in release R2025h (December 2025). It makes sense for an end user to describe failures by failure categories when creating a request for a failure. Precise technical failures are deferred to technical staff when completing a work order. Additionally, the term of failure category is more aligned with failure mechanism in ISO 14224.
