API Logs are introduced in the coming release of Calem R2023d. They record errors and the data involved in APIs. For instance, a user is receiving a PO. The receipt is sent to a third party application (such as an ERP app). An error occurred from the third party app. The user contacted support. The support team can view the error and data involved in the API Logs.
- Menu: Integration | Open | API Logs
- Support team may use the API logs to review errors in integration.
- Workflow email notifications are also available when integration errors occur.
- "No Delete" may be checked to keep an error in the logs for references.
- The logs are trimmed by Calem after a period.
