Introducing Data Change Logs

A new form of data change logs is available in the coming release of R2026d (June 2026). One can review data changes by time and fields. For instance, the screenshot below shows changes of minimum and maximum stock levels in inventory for the past 12 months.

• Menu path: Admin | Report | Data Change Log.
• The form include changes logs for work order, inventory and item.
• Additional objects might be added in future releases per client feedbacks.

Data change logs are available in Calem to track changes by users. They are available in selective object forms. For instance, the "Close" tab of a work order TaskView shows the changes made to a work order. The "Log" tab shows changes to a service request (next screenshot).
