Alternative Spare Parts (Deprecated)

Alternative parts are parts that can be used in place of other parts. Calem provides the following functions in handling the alternative parts:

• Define alternative parts at inventory items
  • Menu path: Inventory Module | Open | Inventory Items | "Equivalent" tab
• Use alternative parts in stock
• In checkout transaction, one can choose to view stock items for equivalent parts

• ​​Use "Equivalent Item" list to add alternative items for an item.

Alternative parts can be selected at inventory checkout:
