The Latest Iteration of Asset Status Report

A new asset status report is replacing the current asset status report in excel in the coming release R2025a (March, 2025). It includes asset attributes and detail lists of status (with status duration), incidents, service requests, and work orders.

• Menu path: Asset | Report | Asset Status
• The reports can be customized like other reports in Calem.
• They are available in HTML or PDF format.
• The report data is filtered based on the date range with the exception of the status log list. See Admin Guide to enable filtering of status logs.

 The report is also available from Asset List and Asset Form.

• The report data is not filtered based by a date range.
